MAIN ENTRANCE
  • The main gate will be at 714 S Main St, Gainesville, FL 32601. Just to the left of The Knot climbing gym! Day of, you won't be able to miss it.


ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE
Located on SW 6th Ave, just off S Main St. This address should get you there:

CHECK IN
To collect your wristband, please present the QR code that has been emailed to you. Please ensure you have a valid government-issued driver’s license or ID with you. ID checks are mandatory.
RE-ENTRY allowed up until 10:00 PM


MERCH
We will have festival-specific merch and an assortment of artist-specific merch available in the Big General Store. Find the store on our map below, or ask anyone wearing a Staff or Volunteer badge at Big! Purchase early and pick up before you leave; all items are limited and will likely run out.


FOOD AND BEVERAGE
FOOD - Big will feature five delicious food trucks.

  4. Me-Ma’s (Soul Food)
  5. Brazilian Fun Foods (Brazilian)
BEVERAGE - Every area of the festival will have a full bar, offering a selection of alcholic beverages for guests ages 21+, as well as non-alcoholic drinks.


VIP PASS HOLDERS
VIP Pass Holders will have access to our indoor, exclusive lounge at Alchemy Work Club.

Raffles & Prizes
  • At the entrance, VIP guests will receive 4 raffle tickets. Raffles will be hosted inside the VIP lounge throughout the day. Head to the lounge at 4:00PM, 6:00PM, 8:00PM, and 10:00PM for the chance to win a special prize.
Musical Performance
  • Be in the VIP Lounge at 9:00 PM for an exclusive performance by local band Madwoman.
Catering
  • Magdelina's Kouzina will be serving irresistible treats and finger foods for you to snack on. Hors d'oeuvres will rotate every few hours. Shoutout to Siembra Farms for providing the nutritious produce.
Indoor Craft Cocktail Bar
  • Enjoy a menu of exclusive cocktails crafted by talented bartenders from several beloved downtown bars.
Massage
  • Free massage available from 3:30PM - 12:30AM in the VIP lounge. Local massage therapists will be offering moments of relaxation throughout the day.

BIG WEEKEND DETAILS

  • Friday, April 12 – We're hosting a FREE Big Pre-Party with DJs from all over FL at a new warehouse venue (220 NW 8TH AVE).
  • Saturday, April 13 – The morning of Big, we organized a FREE Cars & Coffee at South Main Station from 9:00AM to 1:00PM. South Main Station is right across the street from the festival venue (619 S MAIN ST).
  • Saturday, April 13 – Big: Culture & Arts Festival Doors officially open at 1:00PM and the festivities go until 2:00AM! (714 S MAIN ST).
  • Sunday, April 14 – Starting at 1PM, we're closing out the week with a Big Brunch and live music at Depot Village (111 SE 4TH AVE).

What should I wear?
What if I lose my wristband?
  • Damn near impossible. But if you happen to “lose it”, go to the main gate and we’ll skeptically help you.
Re-entry?
  • No re-entry past 10:00 PM
Refunds?
  • All sales are final — no refunds or cancellations (unless the festival is postponed or canceled). If need be, exchanging of tickets is allowed. Original ticket purchaser must contact diondia@23rdesque.com to facilitate that process.
Merchandise?
  • We have a Big General Store where you can find all things festival related, as well as merchadise from various artists and collectives.
Sunday Brunch
  • On Sunday we’re having a Big Brunch at Depot Village. Walking distance from the festival grounds. Food by FeedTheVille. Music by DJ Ahamed, Lotusoph, and Gainesville-based band Dionysus.
